I have a bad knee it bothers me on and off.
Usually in winter when it's wet and cold.
The two things that help are usually a support or heat, I love the fact this conbines both of those things.
It really loosens stiff joints and can be worn under clothing.
It is powered by a USB cable so you can even wear it on the go if you have a portable battery pack.
I've recommended this to a friend of mine who has rheumatoid arthritis and she has since bought one and absolutely loves it.

This is fab! Bought for my elderly mum who has chronic knee pain. She says this is so soothing. She only using the low heat as it can get hot. Need to be by a plug socket, it's not portable sadly. But she doesn't move around that much. This has brought comfort and relief, worth every penny!!!!!!!! Would recommend!!!
A very clever idea and it's quite effective at soothing a sore knee. As other reviewers mentioned it's quite lightweight and comfortable but you do need to be sitting near to a plug socket as it's not battery powered. There are battery-powered versions available but I would say those ones are far too expensive; this one strikes a good balance between comfort/usefulness/value.
This knee heating pad is absolutely brilliant, I use it on my arm just above my elbow on my bicep, I get pain when it feels cold even though I got a T-shirt on. Then when I put this on then it warms by arm and the good thing is it has 3 heat settings and it's so easy to use, plus it doesn't get in the way of other things if you want to move your arm. It works well and I have a power bank so if I need to get out of bed then I connect the USB lead straight to the power bank so I can move around Whilst it's still heating my arm. This product is great, a life changer and it's a good price compare to more expensive ones I saw. You won't be disappointed 😁
